How to use:
Complete Bliss Shower Cream:
- Lather gently all over your body and massage into damp skin
- Rinse thoroughly
Complete Bliss Reed Diffuser:
- Unscrew the collar and remove the seal
- Replace the collar and insert the reeds
- Allow 48 hours for the fragrance to fill the room with scent
- For a stronger scent use all of the reeds and turn daily, for a more subtle scent use fewer reeds and turn less often
Home Mist:
- To create a scent cloud, spritz the Mist 10cm from fabrics, curtains, carpets and cushions
- Breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth for 11 seconds
- Repeat as often as required
Pillow Mist:
- Spritz your pillow with the spray
- Lie back and breathe in the lavender scent through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds
- Use nightly
One-Wick Candle:
- Allow the candle to fully pool to help the wax burn evenly
- Burn for a minimum of two hours and a maximum of four
- Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm
