Every year I mark the beginning of the festive season with my annual visit to see The Nutcracker - it's so magical. Once I have seen it then that means Christmas has truly begun.
Christmas movies have to be watched! From old black and white classics to musicals and modern festive films - It's a Wonderful Life, Meet Me in St. Louis and The Family Stone with Diane Keaton and Sarah Jessica Parker, amongst many others.
And how do I like to share the joy of Christmas? Well, that would be a kind word and a helping hand - because Christmas isn't always joyful for everyone so I try to remember that and be gentle with anyone who isn't feeling the joy.”
