As well as your statutory right to cancel, you have two months to return or exchange any item you purchase, giving you complete peace of mind when shopping for what you love and discovering exciting new products too. If a return is requested after the 60-day period, we will not be able to process it, and the item will be sent back to your default delivery address.

Check your return status

  • By phone: call Quick Check on Freephone 0800 53 43 33 to get the status of your return. Simply select your most recent return or enter an item/order number.
  • Online: log into My Account and select ‘Order Status’ to see your most recent orders and return status:
  • Returned: the item has been received and refunded.
  • Replacement: the item has been replaced, and a new order will show in your order history.

Please note: we’re processing returns as quickly as possible. If you’ve returned an item via Royal Mail, please allow a few extra days for your return to be processed.

If your item is valued at more than £200, here's how you can return it:
1. Use the Post Office:

  • Visit your local Post Office.
  • Request a ‘signed for’ service to ensure your item is tracked.
  • Make sure the item is covered by insurance for its full value.

2. Packing your Item:

  • Securely pack your item to prevent any damage.
  • Include your returns slip

3. Send and track:

  • Keep the receipt and tracking number provided by the Post Office.
  • Monitor the return progress through the Post Office's tracking system.

Don’t worry, there are still several convenient options for returning your items:

  • Evri Collection: arrange a collection from your home via Evri's website. A courier can pick up your parcel from your address on a pre-arranged day. Ensure you have a printer to print the collection label.
  • Evri Locker: use the Evri Lockers Locator to find your nearest Evri locker. Once at the locker, follow these steps:
    1. Start the process: tap the screen to start and select 'Return' if prompted.
    2. Scan the label: either scan your return barcode or enter the code manually.
    3. Choose a locker size: based on your parcel size, select the appropriate locker compartment.
    4. Open the compartment: the locker will open automatically. Place your parcel inside and close the door securely.
    5. Receive confirmation: after securing your parcel in the locker, you’ll receive a receipt or an email confirmation as proof of your return.
  • Royal Mail Collection: you can book a parcel collection from your home through Royal Mail's Parcel Collect Service. The postman can collect from your address on a specified day.
  • Evri Collection: arrange a collection from your home via Evri's website. A courier can pick up your parcel from your address on a pre-arranged day. Ensure you have a printer to print the collection label.
  • Royal Mail Collection: you can book a parcel collection from your home through Royal Mail's Parcel Collect Service. The postman can collect from your address on a specified day.

You can contact us and we’ll be happy to help arrange a collection for you.

For detailed returns information from our suppliers, just contact us. We'll guide you through the necessary steps. If required, we'll share your return details with the supplier. They will then get in touch to arrange either a collection or provide the correct return address.

For some items like plants and food, you might not need to return them. We'll process your return and any refund when you call.

If your jewellery is valued at £200 or more, please return via the Post Office, requesting a 'signed for' service and ensure your item is covered by insurance.

We honour refunds or replacements for all products. However, for perishables like plants and food, we usually don't expect them to be returned.

Refunds

You have a generous 60 days to return any purchase you're not happy with – there’s nothing that we won’t take back! Just a heads up, the delivery charge is non-refundable.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method you used.

Our standard returns policy is 60 days. Every QVC product, unless stated otherwise, is backed by this promise. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 60 days of receipt for a refund. Please note, your delivery charge is non-refundable. For more details see our full returns policy here.

Once we've processed your refund or replacement for returns within 60 days, we'll send you a confirmation email to the address on your account.

Track your return: log in to ‘My Account' online to check the status of your return. Your order status will update to ‘Returned/Replaced’ once it has reached us.

Need help? If you've returned an item with Evri over 14 days ago and haven't received your refund or replacement, please contact us.

Cancelling Orders

If your items haven't been despatched from our warehouse, you may be able to cancel your order online.

Check order status:

  1. Go to My Orders in your My Account.
  2. Select Order Status.
  3. Search by item number or order number. 
  4. If your order can be cancelled, you’ll see a Cancel Order message at the top right of the screen.

While you can't cancel individual items yourself, you have the option to cancel the entire order online – if you see the ‘Cancel Order’ button - and then place a new one for the items you want. For partial cancellations, if your order hasn't been despatched yet, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
