Step 1: Point your phone camera at the screen, scan the QR code and open the link to WhatsApp. Alternatively, you can send a WhatsApp message to 07700 185 959.

Step 2:  A pre-loaded message will appear on WhatsApp - send this to the QOnAir service.

Step 3: Reply YES to accept the Terms and Conditions and acknowledge you’ve read our Privacy Statement, then you can start sending messages to the QVC studio. It’s time to watch, shop and chat!
