How to use:
Wellbeing Pod Mini:
- There's no need for water. You diffuse directly from the bottle of the essential oil blend
Essential Oil Blend:
- Add 5 drops to a warm bath, or 1 to 2 drops to your chosen base oil for a therapeutic massage
Bath Foam:
- Pour a capful of bath foam into running water before getting in and soaking for at least 10 minutes
- Use some simple breathing techniques to help aid in relaxation: breathing in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds
Body Oil:
- Pour a small amount of oil into your hands, inhale and apply directly to the skin
